You?ve Got To Train Like A Beast To Look Like A Beauty. This Shake Will Get You There!
- 2 cups baby spinach
- 1/2 cup chopped FRESH pineapple
- 1/2 a chopped green apple
- 1 scoop vanilla Live Rite protein powder
- 1 tablespoon Almond meal *for some extra ?uumph?
- 6oz unsweetened vanilla almond milk
Blend all ingredients until smooth, and drink before or after your boot camp class!
